CEO & President
As a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent & Certified Public Accountant, Emory’s unique skill sets bring value to MAST clients. His commercial pilot certification allows him to be on site at most locations in the central & eastern time zones quickly ensuring you will have key people from MAST involved. Additionally, as President of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (Coastal Carolina Chapter), excellent business development is at the foundation. With additional certifications in professional training, bomb tech, HUMINT, FCI, technology, & firearms instruction and construction experience, he understands the business from the details to the big picture, from the bullets to the boardroom. High integrity & forward looking strategic thinking have served him well in both international and domestic positions involving risk management and interactions with DOD, other Agencies, and state/local law enforcement. With a long term approach focused on our clients while being dedicated to improving stakeholder value and providing quality service, Emory works in every area of the business, teaming with our trusted experts in area's where he has experience and training. With 25 years of law enforcement leadership positions, Emory was also instrumental in starting 2 companies & a charity in that time. Interests include boating, tribal matters, martial arts, paddle-boarding, travel in Latin America, and volunteering with youth athletic programs.
John Redmond

John brings Senior Executive federal law enforcement experience, starting his 27 years as a field agent with the US Commerce Department. He later continued his growth with the US Department of State, and US Department of Health and Human Services where he most recently served as the Special Agent in Charge of the FDA’s Office of Criminal Investigations, Chicago Field Office before retiring. Since then John started his own consulting and private investigations firm and has consulted on a variety of security, safety, and compliance matters for law firms, non-profit organizations, and a multi-use outdoor sports and entertainment venue. As a member of the Council of International Investigators (CII) John maintains a global network of associates to assist in a variety of investigative matters. John is a founding member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association, Coastal Carolina Chapter 97, and enjoys traveling with his family and participating in a host of out door activities to include hiking, stand up paddle, cycling, pickle ball and golf.
